The last thirty KMs of drive to Gulmarg from Srinagar is a sheer joy. The landscape is spectacular. When we went to Gulmarg, it was cloudy. Good rains on the previous night had brought in freshness all around. An early morning drive meant less traffic on the road and it was pure bliss.
You can not but agree with us when you look at this picture below.
We clicked this when the cloud cover over the hills gave away for a lovely view of the valley. When you travel to Gulmarg, open the windows of your car, breathe in the pine layered air, look out to enjoy the vistas on the way.
